week 15

this week we learned about slopes. How to recognise them and how to find the slope using the different types of equations that was given to us.
for example: y-intercept, general form, point slope form

y-intercept – is the easiest one to read in my opinion because it gives you the slope and the y intercept.

General form – is “pretty useless” so you use algebra to change it into isolate y (get y by itself also known as y intercept)
*if the coefficient of y is positive just move the other numbers on the other side of the equal sign

Point slope form – you need 2 things to complete the equation which is a coordinate and the slope.
if m=3 and the coordinate is (3,5)
