I have learned how to find the angles and sides of right triangles more accurate than using the Pythagorean theorem by using the formula     SOH      CAH      TOA.

*You would need 3 clues in order to solve the triangle, a side length, 2 angles (90 degree and a reference angle)

The side that is in the opposite of the reference angle is called the Opposite side, the side that beside of the reference angle is called the Adjacent side and the side that is in the opposite of the right angle is still hypotenuse.
