Student Reflection:

  1.  Give three reasons why you would like this job (be specific):                                                                                              a) You can help people by informing them about supplements and other health products to improve their health.                                                                                                                                                                                               b) It is not a high-stress job, not as many people come into the store compared to other smaller stores.                  c) The job has great benefits such as free products and discounts that can improve your health.
  2. Give three reasons why you would not like this job (be specific):                                                                                        a) I would not like to manage other people I work with nor have to make tough decisions on the fly.                       b) It’s not something I would like to spend my whole life doing because its not in my interest.                               c) I would not like to stand around all day in such a small space.
  3. Is this job for you? Why or why not? This job is not for me because it is not something that I can see myself doing for the rest of my life. I do not want to be a manager of a health food store for the sole reason of it being something I do not find exciting.
  4.  Explain the value of TOKTW experience in relation to your ideas about your post secondary (after high school) plans (education?, training?, travel?, work?) TOKTW is very valuable because it shows me what being apart of the real world is like. It shows me how important it is to do something in my post secondary I will enjoy.
