Newtons 1st law:
An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. In this video it demonstrates this law; when the ball is moving is continues moving until a force (the hockey stick) is forced against it.
Newtons 2nd law:
Newton’s second law of motion shows that acceleration happens when a unbalanced force is applied. When the force is stronger then the friction or force against the object accelerates. In this video it shows how when the same force is applied to a lighter weighted object it goes faster. The more mass the object has, the slower it will go with the same unbalanced applied force.
Newtons 3rd law:
Newton’s third law is: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The statement means that in every interaction, there is a pair of forces acting on the two interacting objects. The size of the forces on the first object equals the size of the force on the second object. In this video it shows when a force from the ball is applied to the ground an equal force is applied to the ball making it bounce back.
