- I enjoyed this lab because it was fun being able to work with different people. Also rolling up the salad roll was fun because we forgot the noodles.
- I would probably add more vegetables so you get more vitamins and minerals. Also, I would remove the sauce if I didn’t care about the taste.
- Deep frying our food makes the sugars and proteins break down so the flavour is more rich and makes the food golden-brown. Deep frying makes the food unhealthy because you’re cooking it with hot oil which covers around the food. By deep frying, you make the food gain a lot of the bad fat.
