EFP 11 Self-Assessment

How do you think you did in English First Peoples this year?

I think I learned a lot this year, and I improved my vocabulary throughout this year. I learned more about MLA formatting, and how people are picky about everything. I also learned about restriction words. Some are : go, got, gotten, goes. These words are too vague, and there are much more words that will precisely describe what you are trying to say.

What are some of your strengths in English?

Some of my strengths this semester were handing assignments on time with no overdue work.

What are some of your stretches in English?

Some stretches in English for me are grammar. With the Mugs, I usually miss around three to four mistakes.

What goals do you have for improving your English skills in the future?

My goals for English is improving my writing, and using more hyphens and semicolons in my pieces of writing. Also, I want to use more new word that I don’t normally use.
