Fractions over decimals

I like fractions better than decimals because they are more precise than decimals. With some decimals they could never end (be a non terminating decimal) while others are repeating. With fractions they are pretty straight forward to add, multiply, subtract, and divide. I think fractions are easier to visualize also. When I think of a fraction I first think of a pizza and it being split up. When I think of a decimal I think of a whole and a bit of a whole. It’s harder to picture a whole and bit of a whole in my mind than just part. That’s why I prefer fractions over decimals.
