CBC was created in 1936 they started broadcasting in rural areas in 1938 – 1939 in 1952 they started broadcasting on television
d) What is an advantage of public broadcasting? The advantage of public broadcasting is that the news is mostly true and that they are getting money from companies  so they can talk about whatever and not lose other company support
e) Why might some people not agree with public broadcasting? if they don’t watch it and they have to pay for it they might not like it or because they prefer a different type of broadcasting.
f) How could public broadcasting appeal to the modern audience, while still sticking to its mandate?

They could broadcast not only having 1 race as the news people or of the information but multiple different races and cultures.
