• Ways your digital footprint will affect your future opportunities by having pictures of you doing things that will not make you not as intriguing to the job you are going for. Pretend you’re trying to get a job as a police officer but in your younger ages you have made some bad decisions but you don’t want them to know but they will find your digital footprint of you doing things that will stop u from getting that job.
• Ways your digital footprint will affect your future opportunities are applying for college or university. The administration will look u up and if u have any videos or pictures of u, and it doesn’t put a good image on u will have a hard time getting accepted.

Describe at least three strategies that you can use to keep your digital footprint appropriate and safe.

• The 1st strategy to keep your appropriate is to put all your accounts on private. This will help a lot because only u can choose who can see what u post. But be careful u 100% know them because it’s very easy for someone to make a fake account.
• The 2nd strategy is to not post what u don’t want people to see. Just be careful on what u post on the internet. always double-check what you put out there. If u know its inappropriate don’t post it just be mindful of what u post.
• 
• The final strategy is to never put your location on your post. When u put your location on your post it makes it a lot easier for people to track u down.

What information did you learn that you would pass on to other students? How would you go about telling them?

– The information I learned that I can pass on to other students is that u need to be careful about what u put on the internet. Whatever u post will always stay there. Also, people can easily find if you don’t be careful.
