California Rolls

This lab was great because sushi is very fun to make in my opinion, I used this lab for my reflection because it was enjoyable and also because I must have forgotten to take pictures for all the other labs… Anyway like I said just now this lab was super fun to make with all the steps especially the rolling part. The final product in my opinion was good but wasn’t the best, I remember having too much rice to other ingredients ratio. Also the miso soup was very bland to me, the flavors were just not there. I’m sure that this lab was really close to when we moved new units so I remember it was being a little uncomfortable because of the lack of connections but it went smoothly. If i were to do this lab differently I would try to season the food better and also try to have more communication with my group members.
