1. I chose this lab for the reflections because this was my favorite lab (other than the chicken yakisoba), the taste of white sauce was good because of the extra seasoning we put into it and the noodles were cooked very well (al dente). Also we as a group worked very well together and did not have any issues with each other during the entire process of making the meal.

2. I really liked this lab because noodles are one of my favorite foods to eat, also because we got to adjust the seasoning for our sauce to fit our likings which made the dish a lot better for me.

3. The dish turned out great, we had good noodles that we had cooked very well and we also made the sauce very thick. However I feel like the dish could have been seasoned more with some of the other ingredients because there was still times I felt it was slightly bland but overall the taste of the dish was still very good.

4. We worked very well as a group, we all did an equal amount of work and had no problem with communication, when needed we weren’t afraid to ask each other questions or ask for each others help on doing a task.

5. As I mentioned before I think the only thing I would change about this lab is the seasoning in the sauce because it was a bit bland. I feel like we did good in every other aspect of this lab like teamwork and finish product.

  1. Good work, Henry. Next time, include the name of the lab you’re reflecting on (I had to look at the images to figure out which it was). Also, try to format your next reflection as a paragraph, not question-response.
