For #1, there wasn’t an alliance between France and Britain… Or do you mean the French Canadiens fought with the British? The Americans could say they won because they fought to be able to expand and at the end, without Britain supporting the Aboriginals anymore, they were able to start making treaties with them and fulfilling their Manifest Destiny. They also fought to end the impressment of soldiers by Britain and it was achieved by the end of the war.
For #2, is gaining territory the point of the war? Was there a point for the Aboriginals to fight?
For #3, a bit of a stretch to say this helped to create NATO, it’s not until after WWII that they created NATO and that was out of the Cold War.
