    For Andrew Ure, remember that his background is actually in science. He’s only reporting on factory conditions because he’s writing a book. If factory owners knew this, they may stage things when he comes.
    Frances Trollop may be a bit biased since she’s part of a group interested in ending child labour.
    Good final discussion. I agree, for some, maybe working now is more appropriate. Sometimes though, to figure out your passion, people need to be introduced to new things and school gives that opportunity where the work place might keep you limited in what you experience.
