May Reflection Lab

I chose to reflect on this lab because I really enjoyed making sushi. I had never done it before and I thought it was super fun and it tasted pretty good afterwards. I enjoyed this lab because it was challenging but fun at the same time. My favourite part was trying to roll the sushi up which was kind of hard but turned out pretty good. My California rolls turned out well except they fell apart a little when I started to eat it. The miso soup was really good and tasted just like the stuff in a restaurant. My group worked pretty well  together in this lab. We had 1 person making the soup and then the 2 others making their rolls, and the last person starting to clean up to not waste time. I don’t know how the clean up went because I had to leave early but the sushi and miso soup both tasted good. If I were to do this lab again I would try and roll the sushi better, by pushing done more so the seaweed and rice would stick. It stayed pretty intact while I was eating although some of the pieces unrolled. I would also cut the pieces a little bigger because the smaller ones fell apart easier when the seaweed unrolled.
