a) training?: 25 years in management and leadership roles.

b) education?: marketing at BCIT

c) experience?: 20 years with TJX-Canada

d) skills and attributes (personal qualities)?: leadership

5. What are some of the things you like about the job? Its a dynamic work environment.

6. What are some of the things you dislike about this job? Can be to many conference calls and meetings.

7. How do you anticipate this job changing in the next 5 years or so?: there may be a restructuring in the field

Explain the value of the TOKTW experience in relation to your ideas about your post secondary (after high school) plans (education?, training?, travel?, work?): It made me see how hard it was to go to a job everyday and to the same thing so I want to go to a post-secondary school so I can get a job im passionate about.
