Unit 1 lesson 1

How can I manage my stress in a way that it benefits my personal health?

The thing that is stressful for me are:

  1. School
  2. Soccer

School

I get stressed at school when there is a test or a big project because I feel like I am not going to do good on the test or not going to get a good mark on my project. Ways that I can manage and make my stress to benefit my personal health is that I can make a schedule and have days that I study or work on a project. This will help my personal health because I will feel better knowing  that I will do better because I will study and work on my project and have schedule to balance schoolwork and hanging out with friends and going to play sports and other things like that

 

Soccer

I get stress in soccer when I have a big tryout or cup final game because I feel when I lose my fault because I’m a goalie and I’m the most important player on the field and I didn’t do my job for the team. Ways that I can manage and make my stress benefit my personal health is that can get some feedback from my coaches and teammate and ask them if they think I could have done anything different then what I did I can also try to be less hard on my self and think that I did my job in the game.

 

 

 

 

Unit 1 lesson 2

 

How do I use my tech?  how often do you use it and how can it affect my social, physical and emotional health?

I use my tech for things like social media, school and music I try not to use my tech a lot and try to do active things but when I do use my tech I use it for 4-8 hours a day depending on where I am or what I am doing. My tech usage can affect my social health because if I am in a group chat and someone says starts bullying, I can get in trouble because I was part of the chat. It can affect my physical health because I can be on it to much and be lazy or initiative and I can get very unfit and I do not want to be unfit. It can affect my emotional health because I can see something that I do not like and get very angry or sad about that.

How can I improve my communication skills to improve my daily life?

I can improve my communication skills by making sure that I listen to what the person or people are saying so that I do not say something that is out of context or wrong. Another way that I can improve my communication skills is by asking for feedback so that next if the same question is ask, I know what to say. I can also make sure that if I am talking to a big audience, I have to make sure that I am engaging in the audience so that they do not lose interest.

 

Unit 1 lesson 4

What does it mean to be in an unhealthy relationship?

 

For me, an unhealthy relationship is when there is physical abuse and physical abuse looks like when yours parents or family members or even people you know are being hurt by people that they know this may look like hitting and kicking. There is also verbal abuse this look like when people are talking bad to them and when they say mean and hurtful things that may be sensitive to them. They are also cyber abuse this is when there may be a group of people that are cyber bulling them or it could be one person and not a group of people

 

Unit 1 lesson 5

What can I do to relieve my anger?

Things that make me mad are when in my soccer games I get scored to relive the anger I say next one I am going to save and I make the save and I feel much better. Another thing that makes me mad is when people move my stuff and I can’t find it so what I do to relieve my anger is I make sure that I put it in the spot that I know it will be in so that other people won’t touch it and I won’t get mad at them.

How can I develop my strengths and weaknesses in my communication, mental health and organization?

 

For my organization, my strengths are making a good schedule and my weakness is staying on my schedule. My strengths for my communication are when someone is talking, I have good listen to skills so that I know what they are talking about. My weakness is when someone is doing personation, I have a hard time listen I can improve this by if I am sitting by my friends, I can move do that I listen better. My strengths for my mental health are that I am active and healthy in a physical way. My weakness is that I have a problem that I play to much video games I can get my parents to take in away after a time like 9 pm.

 

 

How can I improve my weakness in staying on schedule what I can do to improve this is that I can play fewer video games and focus on what my schedule says?

How can I improve can improve my listening skills when someone is listening to what I can do to improve this is when some are presentation, I can make sure that there are no distractions near me?

How can improve my weakness in playing too many video games I can improve this by making my parents take my video games away?
