Consumable waste plan

The foods I usually eat comes in different sorts of packaging such as plastic, Styrofoam, cardboard, tin cans and some in boxes. Half of the foods I eat came from one of these types of packaging. We usually use plastic for fruits and vegetables, Styrofoam for the meat, pork etc. and some are packaged into boxes for the frozen fruits, meat’s, pork etc. And cardboard are packaged for some of the desserts such as ice cream or popsicles. These were all packaged in different sorts of materials because of what they are and what are best to keep them the way they are. Styrofoam’s/cardboards are best for frozen foods and some warm to keep them nice and fresh to when you eat or make it. I think plastic are made for any type of foods that are refrigerated, it can also be for the foods that does not needed to be refrigerated, it can be for fresh foods and Tin cans are for the fresh foods that does not needed to be put in the refrigerator. To all of these packaging after the food inside is eaten, plastics are usually recycled and so as tin cans, cardboards and Styrofoam’s. The foods that were in the items they were from are usually tied up in a plastic bag in the composed bins and the materials are usually in the recycling bins or in the garbage. 3 suggestions for ways that consumers can decrease the amount of waste we create, go to a recycling depo and separate  the ones that are made for and make money of ov it  second choice is to throw out the foods that are expired and third is to keep everything organized and put them in the right place so they are not placed in the wrong bin and it will just waste the garbage collector’s time putting it in the right place. After the composed bins are full they are usually taken outside and put into the garbage bins and taken by the garbage collectors. Plastics are not a good source for the environment since they can be cut open easily and so as Styrofoam’s that can be breakable and cut through it can also make a ton of mess.

Option 1: “Assimilation vs. Inclusivity,”

  1. What I see while looking at the image was that there were people that was wearing basic grey outfit and the others were wearing multicolored outfit that made me think of the word “equality” since the other half was wearing basic plain grey while the others wear multi-coloured.

2. My first impressions were eye catching because the other side of the picture

was colorful, and the rest were not, and I also thought it was impressive of how the other culture’s outfit looks like. What I felt after was disturbing since the other side of the picture did not want to show their background or culture.

3. The picture was trying to say, “even what country or what your background you were born to, don’t be afraid to show that you are from that country, don’t let others forget where you are from and don’t let other’s change you.”
