In Drafting 10, we worked with a template that had 15 different 3D shapes. We had to choose 6 to 7 of them and draw them on isometric dotted paper (first photo). Then, we chose one of those shapes and made it five times larger. That is, we multiplied each side and size by 5 (second photo). In the final step, we drew the same selected shape as a technical drawing from the top ,front, and right (right) views (third photo).
This project helped us both practice our 3D drawing skills and be able to convert them into accurate 2D drawings.
