My goal for lowering my stress vulnerability is to be able to organize my time and not feel too pressured. I will do this by prioritizing my time and not procrastinating my tasks until the last moment. To make sure that I complete all the things that I have planned I will create a schedule each day to keep myself accountable. I will also set time aside to relax, to make sure that I don’t become over stressed. I will also try to become more organized and focused and try and complete tasks in the provided time frame so I don’t become worried.
