Pillar 3 : Collaboration
Strength:
In terms of collaboration, my biggest strength is helping and explaining concepts we have learned in class. For example, I can explain concepts in multiple different ways to ensure that others understand.
Areas of growth:
For areas of growth, I need to improve on not rushing and making sure that everyone working with me understands. Specifically, when working on whiteboards I would like to ask more questions to make sure my group understands.
SMART Goal:
For the rest of the semester, every time we collaborate with other people I would like to ask 3 questions throughout the activity to make sure that all my partners understand.

I fee like I achieved my goal in a different way in the sense that I didn’t ask questions like I said I would, however I was able to back off and instead of taking the lead, guide my group to understand the course content.
I’m really proud of being able to communicate and teach my peers more fluently. I feel like I have been help to multiple people such as when I explained and helped Jackson’s group with the H-Brigde.
In the future, I would like to not only communicate my understanding through speaking but also through writing. As shown on my physics grade, I am doing really well on test, however, when it comes to labs, projects, and assignments, I tend to struggle a little bit. I think this is often because I try to do too much and the quality drops. Thus in the future I wish to be more concise with my open-ended work.
