The topic of our Documentary is Snapchat and how is 1984 related to out contemporary western society. throughout our short documentary we go through information about snapchat and how it effects student, experiments, and interviews with riverside students. Our documentary is a mix of expository and participatory, we had chosen it to be this way because in a way we were showing some parts of snapchat some people hadn’t noticed. We also had riverside students participating and being involved to get a broader view on how much out peers do use snapchat and how they use snapchat.

Core Competency – Entrepreneurship and Marketing 10

For my core competency I have chosen my international business project. During this project I had to think about my personal awareness & responsibility because I was research another culture. In this project we had to do research on a country we wanted to market in. I chose Italy, while researching I had to make sure I wasn’t putting in anything that could potential be offensive or hurtful to the country. This project was one of the easier ones we had but still took time and effort to make it look good and actual be accurate to the country and culture. Another thing is I had to make sure I was putting in time so I could finish the project. We had about 4-5 days in class to finish it, which is a good amount of time. while I was working I had to make sure I would get distracted and could stay on task. In the end I was able to finish on time and present to my peers.

Acids and Bases Lab Report

The purpose of this lab was to mix different chemicals and see what changes their were in unknown liquids based on what they were, we were also meant to figure out what these 4 liquids were (bases, acids, neutrals). We were given 4 unknown liquids and we could choose 4-6 given chemicals, using those chemicals we could figure out which each category each of the liquids fit into. The chemicals we chose were, blue litmus paper, methyl orange, indigo carmine, phenolphthalein indicator, bromothymol blue indicator, when these were mixed with all of the unknowns they either stayed the same or changed based on what the unknowns were, we used a chart to figure this out,

based on what the chart said is how we figure out what unknown liquid was in what category.

The competency demonstrated and practiced during this lab was critical thinking and communication, with critical thinking we need to think and pick apart what we were doing with unknowns to figure out what unknown fits in what category, with the communications me and my partner needed to communicate about what we thought for each of the unknowns.
