Part 1: What areas (see above) do you think you are doing well in for PHE 10 in terms of your goal?
I think I’m good at connecting with my classmates by communicating and working together as a team. I always try to make an effort to be helpful a supporting other to do their best. I also believe in treating everyone with respect, whether we win or lose, and always showing good sportsmanship by being fair, positive, and kind in all situations.
Part 2: In what areas do you need to put in more effort? ie: where are you struggling or finding things difficult?
I want to put more effort into my PE class by practicing my skills consistently, setting personal goals and staying focused on improving my strength and endurance, even when the exercises felt challenging, because I know the work will help me over time.
Part 3: What is your goal moving forward in life? Where do you want to improve? How will you improve this area (be specific)?
My goal in PE is to improve my endurance and strength. I want to run longer distances and do better in high-intensity activities. To improve, I’ll practice cardio exercises like running and do strength training like push-ups and weights. I’ll set small goals and track my progress to stay motivated for my sports.
