Three strategies to determine how reliable a webpage’s info is:
- See if there is an “about us” section.
- Check if the “url” is valid and secure.
- Check to see if there are any spelling mistakes.

How to get there:
Go to the riverside home page.
- Click on “Library” in the grey bar.
- Enter school account and password.
- Click the thing red text that says “Click Here” in the photo with the text “To access all of our library resources, catalogs and databases.
- Then enter in school account and password if needed again.
- Click the “Global issues in context” tab under Gale databases
- Enter the password “student”.
- And there you have your database.
I learned the signs to look for when you’re trying to tell if a website if real or fake.
