Midterm Self Assessment and Goal-Setting

It seems like just yesterday, starting science 10 but now we have reached the middle point.

So far we have completed our biology unit and are almost done our chemistry unit.

In biology unit I think I understood concepts very well, with little reexplanation required. I was able to complete all of the assigned work and I understood all of it. I struggled with thinking down to such a small level. Trying to figure out how everything worked autonomously keeping us alive was fascinating to me but still it was slightly confusing trying to understand how something could function so perfectly yet not be conscious.

In chemistry I have been doing very well with balancing equations. I have been enjoying balancing as it always works out in the end. Its like a puzzle with the answer appearing if you think hard enough. something I struggled with was the chemical formulas, I found it confusing at first but the more I practiced the easier it got.

My report card goal is to receive a mark higher than 85%, by the end of the marking period.

I can help attain this goal by completing all the work early and pay attention in class better.

I might struggle with understanding everything in class.

I feel i will be good at doing my work early.

I chose my “week 4” blog post

I was most proud of how I used my calculator as reference image.

My goal for math is to score higher than 74% on my final grade.

To achieve this goal I need to hand in all of my assignments on time, and complete all of the assigned work, I also need to study for all the tests.

I hope to achieve this goal by the end of the semester.
