On week 17 of math 10 we’ve learned how to create a system of equations just having coordinates. For example we have coordinates (4,-8). We have to create first equation. We can start with a basic one x+y. now we just have to put our values into the equation. so it will be 4+(-8)= -4, our equation will look like this: x+y=-4. next one doing the same way. taking the basic equation x-y and put values into it. 4-(-8)=12 which means equation will look like this x-y=12.
To make equations harder we can either multiply or divide out values. for example we want to multiply x by 3 and divide y by 2. we would write everything like this 3x+1/2y=? Now we have to find the value of this equation by putting in variables. 3*4+1/2(-8)=8 our equation will look like this 3x+1/2y=8.
