On week 14 of math 10 we’ve learned how to convert point slope form to y-int form. Looking at point slope form we can find out y-int, x-int, and slope.
To get to y int form we have to sort the equation so y will be left alone on it’s side. At first we have to multiply brackets. Then we get y-3=2x-10 where y is still not alone. In order to leave y alone we have to move -3 to another side. Because -3 moves it’s sign is changing and turns into +3. And we get y=2x-10+3. Last step is to add alike terms which are -10 and 3 and we get y=2x-7.
