On week 11 of math 10 we went through more graphs. One of the assignments was to explain and describe what happened on the graph. If we know that dependent variable is amount of eaten popcorn and independent is time how would we explain this graph:
At first we see that person didn’t start eating popcorn from the beginning because our graph doesn’t touch 0 coordinate on x-axis. Then we can see line going down fast which represents that person was eating popcorn really fast at that period of time. Next we see straight horizontal line, meaning person stopped eating for some time. Curvy part of the graph is next showing that person began eating slowly and then we see straight horizontal line again. After the break person started to eat really fast which we can see because of the almost vertical line. Graph doesn’t go to 0 coordinate on y-axis which means there were some popcorn leftovers.
