health core competencies

One of my learning goals is to learn more in-depth about health and food and looking into how some foods are better than others and how some food gives you energy and just more knowledge about that. I came up with this goal because it just fascinates me how food can do change your mood sometimes and give you energy. I am going to learn more about it soon and do research. What I do when I feel discouraged is think about the results think about how after health class and learning more about it, I can have proper knowledge about it. Some strategies I use when I’m impatient are trying to be present and in the moment and not think too far ahead and I always try to refocus. I made this strategy when I kept on being very impatient and I realized that I need to learn how to be patient and be in the moment and after that it helped me a lot to be more focused and engaged. I started doing this last year which has helped a lot in high school
