To see if a website is credible you should check to see the about the author section and their references and contacts. You should also check for any recent updates to ensure that the post is not outdated. And finally you should look for any reliable pictures and make sure that the page is organized in a professional way.

EBSCO DATABASE
First, you are going to go to the Riverside Homepage and click the library tab. Then you will be brought to the library home page and you want to click on the “click me” section. You will be brought to the catalog section where you want to click the Academic Search Premier under Ebsco database. From there you’ll be taken to the Ebsco search where you can look for magazines.

SESSION REFLECTION
After Friday’s session, I learned how to use the Ebsco webpage. I did not know this originally existed as I rarely went on the school library page. Now, however, I can go onto the page to find magazines to read or use for school projects.
