Single Room Occupancy (SRO) housing is often called “the final stop before homelessness”. Today we will explore the challenges with this housing and why it is not an ideal option for many.
Residents living on the streets in Vancouver have a tumultuous relationship with the city. We will explore the long history and the most recent attempt by the city to close down a homeless encampment.
We are privileged to welcome Pauline Correa from Covenant House who will depend our understanding of youth homelessness in BC.
