This week I learned how to find the value of an unknown angle using sine, cosine, or tangent.

In the example above I used tangent to find the angle using just the information that you see on the triangle.

This week I learned how to read a micrometer.  A micrometer is a tool that gives very accurate measurements in millimeters.  What you do is you read the reading on the left, in this case it is 5.5 mm and add it with the reading on the right, in this case 0.28 mm.

5.5+0.28=5.78 mm

I learned how to solve exponents in the form of a fraction.  To solve it, the denominator becomes the root and the numerator becomes the exponent.
