Due to some recent unfortunate events, I have been stuck in my house for a few weeks for far, and an unknown amount of weeks in the future. But, it has an upside too it. I have learned a few new skills, first being how to change car tires (very good life skill.) But my favorite so far, learning how to bake. I have enjoyed using our old bread machine to make pizza dough, loafs, and bread sticks. I love eating the food I make which is the only reason I think I have enjoyed baking.
