My personality type from 16 personalities is a campaigner! A few words I would use to describe myself are outgoing, caring and friendly. These qualities are something most campaigners have. If you know what type of personality you have you are able to express yourself better but also understand yourself easier because you realize why you do certain things. Knowing others personalities helps for the same reasons because you are able to understand why people do different things and why they react to different situations like they did. If working in a group situation it could be helpful to have a mix of different types of personalities and a mix of introverts and extroverts because you are able to see different perspectives from others. The problem with these tests is you get your results but you only get one personality and most people would be between a few things because they have a variety of different qualities that aren’t necessarily represented in their personality.
