How my digital footprint could affect my future opportunities. In the future I would apply for a job, my boss will look through my digital footprint. If I would ever post a photo on Instagram of fashion or dresses I made and I wanted to be a fashion designer, this will give a better chance on getting the job. If I posted a photo with me and my friends drinking under age, this would be bad for my chance to have the job. If I had a safe and appropriate social media and posted what I was passionate about this will let me have I good chance to get opportunities in high-school and college such as valedictorian and class president. This is how your digital footprint could affect your future opportunities.

that you can use to keep your digital footprint appropriate and safe.
Three strategies keep your digital footprint safe and appropriate, with any social media it is safe to have your account private so you can control who follows you. It is always smart to think about what you are posting and if it is not offending people or what they believe in. Make sure that your password is not the same as your username so no one and hack your account. These are strategies that I use to keep my digital footprint safe and appropriate.

that you would pass on to other students? How would you go about telling them?
Information that I would pass on to a student is that you should always make sure that your accounts are private so you can control who follows you. I will ask them about their social medias and they’re opinion on it, you should respect their opinion but also try and explain better choices they could make to keep their social platforms safe and appropriate.
