What it means to be Canadian

I chose this because I feel as though it represents Canada by having all these people from different cultures and races give their opinions on what Canada is for them.
I feel this portrays Canada because we have people here from all over the world, we are not limited to one race. These people are Canadians who have shared what Canada is for them and it doesn’t matter when they came to Canada whether it was their great grandparents or them. We are built on the ideas that everyone is welcomed and treated equally.
If people from other backgrounds were to read this post they would feel the same as I would. They would feel more connected while reading about people with similar situations or if they share a heritage.
I chose this image because it represents every part of Canada. It says every aspect and values we have. In one picture there are so many words that explain what it’s like to be Canadian.
I feel like this represents Canada because we are not just one thing. We are so much more than what meets the eye. We have deeper values and beliefs because of how diverse we are.
If others read this they would agree because there is so much to love about Canada and this picture only represents a small handful.
