  • What are your strengths? What are some things you believe you are good at? Provide examples of your strengths.
  • -My strengths are being active trying in physically activity and incorporating others into the games we play.
  • What are areas where you can grow and develop?
  • -I could be better at being more positive about the games and activities being chosen for the day
  • What can you do to achieve this goal?
  • -Come to class on time and understand we cant play the same sports all the time and also just be more professional

Goal reflection: i think reaching my goals in this class really went well because i came to class for 30 days in a row witch was awesome
