Drain the beans and add them to the pot along with the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup water, and all of the ingredients for the chili seasoning. Stir until well combined. Reflection;

Day 1; On the first day of the chili cook off we all looked up a chili recipe that had affordable, complex ingredients. We followed the recipe with a few extra ingredients that would add a few more elements to our chili. We combined the garlic powder, cayenne, and a few more spices to our tray in preparation for the next day.

Day 2; The second day we started making our chili. On the second day it was only Emilio, Alan and I. We added all our dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl like: the cayenne, garlic powder, cumin, and the rest of the dry ingredients. While simultaneously cooking the onions and beef in a large saucepan. While the meat was browning, Emilio drained the kidney beans and I drained the black beans. We added the beans shortly after. Then adding the diced tomatos and tomato sauce with lots of chili powder and continuously adding cinnamon, sugar and salt. For the remander of the block Alan and I stirred the chili while Emilio was cleaning up.

Day 3, The third day we had Runa back and she braid the cheese braid. We heated up the chili for 45 minutes while preparing the bread. The bread was crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside. To make the bread we added all the ingredients and we added more milk to make sure that we wouldn’t have dry bread. The way we presented it was putting tortilla chips and cheese on the bottom while doing the same thing to the top. We also added green peppers. The cheese was nice because it melted due to the heat of the chili
