This is our stop motion project about Mitosis and its phases.

1. Why did you decide to model mitosis or meiosis?

Because Mitosis is shorter which means the project would be easier, but less marks.

2. What was the most challenging thing in making your movie?

The animation was the most challenging thing to make in the movie because of the limited materials we had.

3. What was the easiest thing to do in making your movie?

The script was the easiest but took the longest.

4. How could you improve your movie?

The movie could be improved with better animation because some parts were kind of all over the place.

5. Thinking about how you worked with your partner, what were some of the challenges and successes of working             in a group?

Challenges were getting the script done.

6. Why is Mitosis important? In other words, what is the point of cells performing Mitosis?

It’s important because it’s a plant cell.

7. Why is Meiosis important? In other words, what is the point of cells performing Meiosis?

It’s important because it’s a human cell.

Alot of food I eat comes in packaging, it’s usually plastic, bags and cardboard. Types of packaging are different for other types of food so they d0nt spoil, jerky for example is sealed up very well so it doesn’t spoil. Packaging can be positive for keeping food good for a long time and it keeps away bad stuff from getting into it but packaging is very negative as people litter and it also highly effects our oceans drastically, at least 8 million tons of plastic ends up in our oceans every year and make up 80% of all marine debris from surface waters to deep-sea sediments, this is usually where our packaging ends up. The food waste is used after for farmlands and fertilizing stuff. We can decrease the amount we use by not buying as much packaging and food, we can also find a better solution than the trash going to the ocean and killing tons of sea life. There are people who help clean up the trash in the ocean but there is just more and more trash polluting our oceans.

Your digital footprint can affect your future because for example, if you got arrested and later get a job, people can find out what you did and might not let you work there. You should also realize that anything you have done in the past will always come back to bite you.

Three strategies people can use to keep their digital footprint appropriate and safe is to make good choices, and be aware what you do, if you were to go out with friends and they decide to do something stupid like throw eggs at a house, don’t do it because something will eventually happen. Don’t do anything highly illegal as you will get a criminal record and most likely have a tough time finding a job as you would probably get fired from your previous job which in the end will mess up your life. Be positive and nice to others and you will have a good digital footprint and make good decisions.
