This week I learned about how to find the answer to a question with a fraction as the exponent. You do this by using flower power, which means that the denominator of the exponent is the index and the numerator becomes the exponent for the radicant.
For example in this equation 27 to the power of 2 thirds, we take the 3 and transfer it to the index of the root and we take the 2 and make it the exponent of the root, which means that the radicant is 27. We then square the radicant and then find the cube root of that number which gives us our answer.
