May lab reflection

I chose fried rice for the lab reflection because the lab feel apart on use the rice at the end did not taste to great. I did enjoy the lab because we didn’t waste the rice from the california roll we used it as left overs. But i also didn’t enjoy the lab because it truly did not taste the best. No are project did not turn out the way we wanted. We cooked the rice to long so it was hard we added to much of one ingredient but it did look good we just weren’t to organized with the lab. We did work well as a group we worked well together if we didn’t understand what the recipe read we would help each other to figure it out. If I were to do the lab again i would probably chopped the vegetables a little smaller and not cooked the rice so long.
