Sketch book/ weekly post

This week I have been working more in my sketchbook than on my soapstone, except when I researched and started carving in the actual soapstone. I unfortunately am not amazing at 2D art so my sketch book is more edits than drawing.

I have some comparisons:

These edits I do are from a game called Star Stables and I edit them with Procreate, iPad, and Apple Pencil, any tack you see is from Platinum Tack, And any branding on the grey pinto above or below is mad by my friend Sarah.

Now for the photos I have done while in 3D art:

On this week of what I have been up to with horse riding, I have started doing a western cutting lesson every Sunday along with my other English jumping lessons. The horse I ride for Western is Georgia, my coach’s penning horse. video inserted below ⬇️

Okay, sorry I haven’t posted in a while. I have been busy studying for math midterms and taking my L. Anyway, I have somehow managed to figure the wheel out, in both 3D art and on a car (I got my L on Saturday). Anyhow, here are a couple of bowls I made on the wheel. The pumpkins have come out well, besides the big one cause someone put the clear glaze lid on the white glaze. So, it has been glazed white.

Here is the newest from western Brooke, I have ben riding another horse named Boone, unfortunately, he got sold off Saturday. So here is my ride on Georgia from Sunday.

Okay I’m back, sorry again I haven’t posted. I have been busy making a heck ton more bowls on the wheel. May or may not have made 9…

The thing I struggled with this week was being sick, yes I know not 3D art but I wasn’t here for 2 days and yesterday I painted prexels I made on Friday.

the thing I am happy with is,  I am no longer sick, and also glazed 6 of my 9 bowls

On another note, here is my riding from last Sunday. We were practicing like we were at a show and working with actual cows. We also decided that instead of doing a jumping lesson on Wednesday night, I will now be doing a western lesson on Tuesday night.
