My experience creating the podcast was mixed. It was a little hard at some parts but at other times it was a little bit easier. Because I was away for almost a week, I emailed my partner, but I didn’t hear back from her until the day before I was coming back. S it was hard to know if we were still going to be recording together or not.
My path in researching the project was a little hard at first but after changing the topic that I was doing (from birth rates to clean drinking water) it got easier, and I know that my podcast isn’t 6-8 minutes long, but I was originally doing it in a group but then I wasn’t at school for almost a week because I was sick.
The obstacles and items I learned when I was recording where since I used audacity last it has updated multiple times so things were different from then. So, I had to relearn how to use it well I was sick so I could record and edit when I got back to school.
Option 1: The artifact that I have done doesn’t really tie in with what I have learned already because I have heard that there are drinking water settlements and that they are everywhere and have been for years but I never learned about why they were there or why they needed to be in theses locations.
Thank you for posting your “Indigenous Exploration” audio project (podcast). As the assignment was completed for both English 9 and COL, I have the following feedback for you on the post:
– All elements of the assignment’s post were properly uploaded
– Reflection on blog is fairly well done
– Good stats about water 60% drains north
– Clear audio and delivery, although this was extremely short (2 minutes, when the minimum should have been 6 minutes)
– Podcast is completed
Overall, this assignment had some strong characteristics, while some areas could have been improved upon. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank you!
