I don’t have a Facebook account so, I’m not sure how the friends things work but if we’re talking about making fake accounts in general then I think it affects us a lot especially the people who are on the internet a lot. The fake account could be writing mean comments about you or anyone else and people would believe them because we don’t know who’s behind the screens. It ties into be careful with who you meet online because they might not be who you think they are. I don’t understand why people would do this though, instead of making an account using someone else’s name or picture they should just use be anonymous and secret, not that I’m encouraging fake accounts.

I think it affects us a little. If you actually go out to look for the “missing child” then you have good intentions but it could actually be a killer leading you places just to kill you. Personally, I haven’t really seen any of these types of posts but I would just ignore them. If they were real I don’t think it would be on social media but on the news instead. If these posts were real I think the family would freak out more and maybe focus on looking for them instead of posting about them on social media.
