I believe that is a Cirrus clouds because the cloud looks thin, white, and feathery (Wispy).

Cumulostratus

This is a Cumulostratus because the Stratus: blankets the sky, featureless, grey and the Cumulus looks like big puffy cotton-balls.

Stratus

This a Stratus cloud because is it featureless, low, grey, and covers most of the sky.
