2.     Active participation: I consistently contributed to class discussions and group activities, enhancing my understanding and engagement with the
material.

3.     Research skills: I excelled in gathering, analyzing, and applying information for my projects and papers.

A goal or a” takeaway” that I have from this course is: A significant takeaway from this course is the importance of critical thinking and how it can be applied to solve complex problems.

 

 

 

 

I can continue to work on the following 2 health benefits

 

1.     1. Regular physical activity: Incorporating daily exercise routines to maintain physical fitness.

2.     Stress management: Practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques to manage stress effectively.

1.     To achieve the above I will do the following: Schedule at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, including activities like jogging, yoga, or gym workouts.

2.     Set aside time each day for mindfulness practices such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or other relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve mental health.
