  3. McDonalds Chicken Nuggets (6 nuggets): 250 calories, 14g of fat, 2.5g of saturated fat, 15g of carbohydrates, 0g of sugar, og of fibre and 450mg of sodium.


Tomato & mozzarella with crispy chicken: 640 calories, 33g of fat, 9g of saturated fat, 56g of carbohydrates, 7g of sugar, 4g of fibre and 1080mg of sodium.

Tomato & mozzarella with grilled chicken: 500 calories, 22g of fat, 7g of fat, 40g of carbohydrates, 7g of sugar,  3g of fibre and 1010mg of sodium.


The difference between the grilled and crispy chicken is a lot. The crispy bready chicken is deep fried and the deep fryer is like a pool of fat. The crispy chicken adds 140 calories, 11g of fat, 2g of saturated fat, 16g of carbohydrates, 1g of fibre and 70mg of sodium. So obviously the grilled chicken is the better option.
