– Collect Sheets
– Hand out schedules, confirm dates
– Discuss first week back
– Athletic fee follow up

Meeting #2 (Friday, March 7th, 11:45am):
– Hand out waivers and permission slips (return Tuesday)
– Teams sign-up for updates
– Review availability
– Dates of golf
– Procedure for the day you are playing (club drop, teacher notifications, rides to courses, what to do once you get to a course)
– Gear order, CSN AUTO
– Clothing, proper attire (wear black or khaki coloured pants, no jeans, no sweat pants)
– Etiquette
– District Championships
– Transportation

TRYOUTS
– Eaglequest Driving Range,
– Monday, March 3rd and Wednesday, March 5th
– 3:45pm
– Must attend both (bring your own clubs)

Meeting #1 Agenda (Tuesday, February 25th, 11:45am):
– Jr and Sr Team
– Combination of courses and tee times (Golden Eagle, VGC, Redwoods, Green Tee, etc.)
– Discounted green fees
– Bring your own clubs
– Bag drop morning of play
– Rides before and after rounds
– Costs involved in playing
– How to pay for your rounds (invoice at the end of the season, with breakdown of costs)
– Dates of playing (Mon, Tues, Wed)
– District and FV championships (Jrs on Wednesday, May 14th and Srs on Thursday, May 15th)
