How might your digital footprint affect your future opportunities? Give at least two examples.
- I have found nothing of myself while looking around the internet. My digital foot print shows no indecent or inappropriate images of myself which will display me as a proper and reliable member of a work force. If an employer has no pictures or references of me other than what they saw of me when I went for the job interview I will have automatically made a good impression as the only look the employer has seen is a professional one.
Describe at least three strategies that you can use to keep your digital footprint appropriate and safe.
- As a first strategy or possibly as a precaution, monitor who you send pictures to or who can see your pictures. Another strategy you can use is if you have instagram and you want to post a lot maybe have a private account and only add people you know. Finally a third strategy you should use is
What information did you learn that you would pass on to other students? How would you go about telling them?
- Back in the day it was hard to find things out about people but as technology has evolved it has currently made it super easy to find people online. Now in the future think about how easy it would be to find things about yourself then based on how fast technology is evolving.
