1) What questions did you need to research in order to create your sway?
While researching my element I had to ask several questions to find my information:
- What is the Thorium Periodic table information?
- How was Thorium discovered?
- What is Thorium’s state?
- What are some interesting facts about Thorium?
- How do you use Thorium?
- Is Thorium dangerous?
2) What new or familiar digital tools did you try to use as you worked through this project?
For this projects, I used sway, which was new to me, I have never made a sway before so it was fun to learn all the interesting things that it can do. I also used destiny discover and Gale from the Riverside library page. I used the free photo website to get my photos. I also used a familiar app, word to gather all my information before putting it onto the sway presentation.

3) What was the process you used to investigate the topic and how did you verify and cite the information you found?
I used several different questions and different websites to make sure that my information was right, I used a citation machine and when I used gale, I used that citation system.
4) How did the process of completing this challenge go? What could you have done better?
I think that I did a good job at completing this challenge. There were some challenges and I think with a little more time I could have found out some more information and done a bit of a better job. Overall I think that I learned a lot about elements and especially Thorium. I think that I did a good job on this project and the process of completing this challenge was fun.
