In this cartoon, the Irish are depicted as the one who are the ones always creating a ruckus, this also shows the characteristics of the other races. It also shows that everyone else is quiet and are in order, while the Irish is the only one that is disrupting the group. I know this because the illustrator captioned the picture “Look here , you everybody else is quiet and peaceful, and you’re all the time a-kicking up a row. Also indicating that the Irish is always the one causing trouble as  they are known as being obnoxious alcoholics.
